Dperd to release new studio album “Monsters” on December 10th 2021

Dark Wavers Dperd unveil some of the aspects of their new album “Monsters”. It will be released on December 10th, 2021, and now you can see the intriguing cover realized by the great German photographer Lilith Terra, which amazing self-portrait perfectly describes the concept of decadence and isolation behind the melancholy of Dperd’s music.

The band is going to hit the scene again on September 27th, via My Kingdom Music, with their new album “Allein”, a wonderful journey of loss and introspection into the best Dark Gothic Wave tradition of bands like The Cure, Cranes, Dead Can Dance, Cocteau Twins.

Just over 100 days left to September 27th, 2019, the date My Kingdom Music will release “Allein” the new Dperd’s album.

The cover artwork was done by the label’s boss Francesco Palumbo.

The album, engineered, mixed and mastered by Gaetano Fontanazza at Pseudo Studio, is a new delicate, intimate and atmospheric output, the sixth of their almost 20 years career, titled “Allein”.

Hi April and Loren, I’m glad to have you on Grande Rock. How do you feel now that your new album “Transitions” is out?
 
A: I would like for people to hear all 10 tracks if they haven’t already, tracks like “Animal”, “Telekinesis”, “Bottomline”, “Medicine Woman” and “Dancing Alone”, again all could have been singles. It was hard to choose.

Twilight Fields to release new studio album “Songs from the Age of Ruin” on February 1st 2019

Canada’s Twilight Fields, the solo moniker of singer-songwriter Allister Thompson, has announced his new album “Songs from the Age of Ruin”, slated for release in early 2019.

Ahead of this, he presents the first rather politically-charged single “Demagogue”, an expression of anti-populist sentiment.
