Swedens no. 1 groove-rock act Solity will once again release new material in the form of a one track single. The release has been given the title “Taking on Water” and is a mixture between mellow, radio influenced rock and the bands heavier, more unique, groove rock. The track, that has been produced by the band itself and recorded by Jens Lundgren in Studio Titan, will be mixed and co-produced by the very well known American producer Brian Virtue.
Brian Virtue has worked with band such as Kiss, Kelly Clarkson, Jane's Addiction and Korn but he is probably most famous for working with 30 Seconds To Mars and especially with their well known album “This is War”.
The band stated:
“We are very happy for the opportunity to work with a guy like Brian and it is very exciting to hear what he can do with our music. The new single will be a fresh start for us and with a fresh, new sound we hope to bring our music to an even broader audience”.
The band has a busy spring coming up with more releases and shows both in Sweden, Europe and Russia.
The digital single “Taking on Water” will be released on December 16th, 2015.
