Rock ‘n’ Roll Rebels & The Sunset Strip
Vol. 1
Eonian Records
2015
Eonian Records releases a solid four-disc release to revisit and commemorate the unsigned bands that built a foundation for hard rock as we know it, and they’re offering the proceeds to benefit those in need.
“Rock ‘n’ Roll Rebels and The Sunset Strip Vol. 1” became available for pre-order at Eonian Records in February of 2015. The pre-issue review copy offered an astounding collection of 72 tracks that capture the passion and feel of the hard rockin’ 80s that dominated the LA scene and poured out of the club circuit in Hollywood inspiring a generation of artists and fans to get out and live their rock and roll dreams.
Those who lived it can share the days and nights crunching distortion and blending harmonies to grab the show-goers on the strip and bring them to edge of the stage begging for more. Artists like Rattlesnake Shake, Hardly Dangerous, Bad Bones, Shake City and Cold Blood are staples in the Sunset Strip diet and their remixed versions on this CD set will easily play over and over on stereos around the world. This is exactly what hard rock radio has been crying for.
Eonian’s dedication to their fans has inspired a relief effort that offers a benefit to those struck by the tragic tornado that ripped through Moore, Oklahoma in 2013. The net proceeds from the sale of the CD sets does more than raise awareness to a need for help, it guarantees that when you make a legal purchase of this item, you’re doing your part to reach out and help those in need.
The “Rock ‘n’ Roll Rebels & The Sunset Strip: Volume 1” includes:
Rattlesnake Shake - Alice Be Tokela - The Wild - LongGone - Hans Naughty - Imagine World Peace - Hardly Dangerous - Sam Mann And Thee Apes - Blackboard Jungle - Shake City - Mad Reign - Charlotte - Lypswitch - Bad Bones - Enticier - Scratch - The Mimes - Hap Hazzard - Cyclone Sound - Bad Blood - Taz - Shel Shoc - Deaf, Dumb And Blonde - Paradise - The Dallas Dollz - Cold Shot - Aces & Eights - Daddy Ray - Rough Justice - Hollywood Rose and a whole bunch more.
This is just Volume One! The rest is yet to be had, but it proves to be equally as impressive.
