All the best for a Peaceful, Healthy & Rockin’ 2017! That’s all we need for the New Year and let’s hope that things will be better than they were in 2016. Grande Rock is here again, another year – a year older… and we’re giving the best of us to make it through and keep the ezine up & running. We wanna thank each & every one of you that has contacted us or given us a “helping hand” during the previous year… being in contact with all the rock/metal fans out there means a lot to us.So, according to Grande Rock the Best Album for 2016 is “Theories of Flight” by Fates Warning. Congrats to Fates Warning that has released such a monumental prog metal album!
Below you’ll see the lists with the Best 25 Albums of 2016, the Best 25 Songs (album order), as well as the list with the Worst 10 Albums. This year we managed to review more than 420 albums!
PS1: Let’s hope that 2017 will be a way better year than 2016 in every part and of course on the musical one.
PS2: The first Model Spotlight for 2017 is the super-hot Melisa Mendini. Check out her interview and pics here.
PS3: Unfortunately, 2017 started a bit weirdly… so this month’s editorial is dedicated to the great vocalist & songwriter David Antonio Saylor, who suddenly passed away a few days ago. I had the fortune to regard David as my friend and vice versa and I can say how a wonderful person he was apart from being a great musician. I’ve always cherished his music and I’m grateful that I have interviewed him several times in the past. Thx for the music David – it will live forever… Rest In Peace my friend…
