Saint Agnes in their short history have sold-out headline shows at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen, Oslo Hackney and The Sebright Arms.

Making their way up and down the country as handpicked supports for LA Witch and Death Valley Girls and a packed out headline run through Europe.

The band draw their audience in with songs of love and betrayal and electrify with their fuzzed out, hook-laden, desert stomp.

In the eye of this sonic storm Saint Agnes create a world entirely of their own and all who witness it are left believing every word.

Since their formation in 2014, psych-blues powerhouse Saint Agnes have released three sell out singles, a live EP and cemented their place as London’s most exciting live band. Now, they’ve returned with “Merry Mother Of God Go Round”, out via Death Or Glory Gang Records on December 8th, 2016.

The raised hackles of Kitty Arabella Austen (Lola Colt) and Jon Tufnell’s voices roughly brush up against descending strings of power chords, whilst the chorus sinks its rusty sing-along hooks into your brain with stoned rapacity before following its thundering drums into doomsville.
 

Cinematic, psych rock four piece Saint Agnes released their first 2 singles last year via visceral London label Energy Snake Records, selling out their debut show in the capital and gaining support from the likes of Steve Lamacq in the process.

To mark the end of the first chapter, the band gathered deep beneath the City of London in a basement studio (Offtape Studios) to record four, “live in the studio” versions of their double A-sides, “Old Bone Rattle” and “A Beautiful Day for Murder”.

Cinematic psych outfit Saint Agnes have released a new video for their single, “A Beautiful Day for Murder”, which was released via visceral London Label Energy Snake Records. The track is a twisted ballad; a love song to death itself.

“It’s the soundtrack to a dark and beautiful Western where Lana Del Ray stares down nick Cave in a saloon bar stand-off”, says founding member Kitty Austen, who fronts the band with Jon Tufnell. After releasing their debut single as a duo and packing out The Sebright Arms in suitably raucous fashion, the pair return with a trademark slice of cinematic, Tarantino-style lushness.
