Swedish Heavy Metal legends Hammerfall unveil a very special Christmas surprise for their fans!

Some very first details of their highly anticipated upcoming studio album have been released by Joacim Cans and Oscar Dronjak. Don’t miss out on the news below.

So to start the new year right Hammerfall will hit the recording studio starting January 7th 2019.

Fans can expect the new masterpiece entitled “Dominion” on August 16th, 2019!

Warkings - Reborn

Warkings are an international power metal band/project, made up of Viking on Bass (some Scandinavian guy?), Spartan on drums (maybe a Greek, as the band’s bandcamp lists Pieria in Northern Greece as their base of operations), Crusader on guitars (likely a Brit or Frenchman?) and Tribune on vocals, who’s been revealed to be Georg Neuhauser, the Austrian singer of bands like Serenity and another international project, by the name of Phantasma that if fate serves correctly we did review some time ago.

Ash Of Ashes release new video for “Down the White Waters”

At the end of the year of the album release, Ash Of Ashes have created a very special treat for their fans.

A music video for the title song “Down the White Waters”, which in less than three months could reach the absolutely remarkable number of 90.000 Spotify plays for a newcomer!

The epic metal song has thus received the appropriate and mood-appropriate images, and was produced by the band themselves with the help of friends.

Powerwolf live in London 2018 along with Amaranthe and Kissin’ Dynamite

The energy and excitement was at fever point before Powerwolf even reached the stage. Kissin’ Dynamite and Amaranthe had already drawn everyone to the stage, singing and dancing along. The lights go down and cheers ring out, with people chanting “Powerwolf, Powerwolf, Powerwolf!” and the cheers become deafening as they finally hit the stage. After the first couple of songs, someone dressed as a monks brings out a thurible, the catholic incense holder, handing it to Attila Dorn.

Going in the club just a shy few minutes after seven, Armored Dawn were already on stage, numerous as they are, a sextet blasting out some pretty standard shouty power metal that might have had the best of intentions, but didn’t quite seem to resonate with most of the fans that were there by this point. Their frontman Eduardo Parras was trying hard to turn the tides, but I am guessing that despite their best intentions and efforts, it all seemed to be a little in vain.
 

Kamelot live in London 2018

The blue lighting added to the mystical feel and seemed fitting, since we were in the Electric Ballroom. Then the lights went down as the band entered the stage and excited cheers echoed about the crowd. A single white beam hits each musician as Cellar Darling started to play. They started a slow beat, heads down, and then Anna entered the stage. Her beautiful folk and fantasy singing both contrasted and complimented the heavy metal drums and bass.
