Shaman’s Harvest and Mascot Records / Mascot Label Group have announced the release of the band’s new studio album titled “Rebelator” on March 11th, 2022.

Check out the lyric video for the new single “Under Your Skin” below.

Singer Nathan Hunt shares: “"Under Your Skin" slams with a four on the floor, high energy, heavy riff that has just enough spooky vibes to fit with a Halloween release. We aspire to have anyone hearing the song bangin’ their head by the second measure”.

Guitarist Josh Hamler offers: “"Under Your Skin" is a song that’s relentlessly coming for ya. From the massive guitar riffs to the thunderous drums and melodic vocal hook, it leaves no doubt... this one Slams!”...

Shaman’s Harvest has released six albums prior, with a combined 250 million plus streams of the band’s repertoire. The majority of those are in the U.S., with 200 million plays. Europe accounts for 45 million, with other continents amassing the additional 5 million. To date, Shaman’s Harvest has sold over 100,000 albums and 415,000 singles. At radio, the band’s last album yielded two Top 30 Active Rock singles in “The Come Up” and “Devil in Our Wake”. The prior album, and first with Mascot Label Group, Smokin’ Hearts and Broken Guns enjoyed massive success at the format with four Top 40 Active Rock singles, the highest chart position being #11 with “In Chains”.

Shaman’s Harvest has toured with a who’s who in Rock, amongst whom are Godsmack, Nickelback, AC/DC, Cheap Trick, Alice In Chains, Shinedown and Seether alongside others. They’ve been a consistent draw at festivals that include Rock On The Range, Rocklahoma, Carolina Rebellion, Rock USA, Rockin’ The Rivers, Rock Carnival, and on the Shiprocked cruise. This new track sets the tone for what’s to come. A new album that unequivocally captures a band looking forward, not repeating their creative past.

“This was the hardest record we’ve ever made, on every level”, says Nathan Hunt, referring to Shaman’s Harvest’s seventh LP.

The storyline seems obvious: The Missouri hard-rockers assembled this project during a global pandemic that debilitated the entire music industry. “Hard” has kinda been universal lately. But the road to “Rebelator” was even rockier than the band expected: natural disasters, logistical nightmares, an extreme case of collective writer’s block.

Luckily, they had time on their side. After a couple grueling years of touring behind their last album, 2017’s “Red Hands Black Deeds”, Shaman’s Harvest were creatively and personally drained.

So founding members Hunt and Hamler, along with guitarist Derrick Shipp and drummer Adam Zemanek — hit the reset button hard, clearing out six months for demo construction at their Jefferson City rehearsal space. This meticulousness marked a distinct change from their usual methodology — instead of slapping together outlines before entering the studio, they treated their first takes with a new level of sensitivity, fleshing out the pieces until they knew them intimately.
