Manhattan Project have revealed the cover artwork and tracklist of their debut album, entitled “Engineering Chaos”!

Manhattan Project is a Pragmatic / Avant-Garde band from Patras, Greece. The band’s music revolves around instrumental compositions in which guitar and keyboards shredding prevail. The band has a high-end modern approach to the progressive gender, with influences of djent / cinematic / symphonic music, inspired by both guitar-driven-experimental and technical symphonic metal bands. Influences of traditional – ethnic elements like the use of sitar and oud are very frequent and relegate to a variety of other musical styles. The mixture of the high qualities of all the above genres, as seen by the Manhattan Project band, gives birth to the pragmatic approach to our music: the tendency to experiment with no limits and judge the result regardless of music theories or “mistakes” of rules that might characterize the individual elements.
The band’s line-up is consisted of George Constantine Kratsas (EMG artist) on guitars, Leonidas Diamadopoulos on keyboards, Antonis Karpanos on bass, Nikitas Mandolas on drums and Tasos Seremetis on oud.
Currently, Manhattan Project is on the verge of releasing their debut full-length album, expected in mid-October 2016. An indiegogo campaign was just launched (click here for more), aiming at the economic support by MP’s fans for the album’s expenses: funding the artwork commission, the production of the album’s physical copies, the upcoming promo-clip.
Manhattan Project’s aim is to do a lot of live performances in Greece as well as abroad, and co-operate with a reliable record company.
