Friendship announces March 2020 UK Headlining Tour

Friendship UK Tour 2020 poster
Japan’s grinding hardcore unit Friendship are tearing across the UK in March 2020 for a run of dates in support of their latest, merciless album “Undercurrent”. Support comes from Kurokuma.

For a taste of the brutality to come, we have a recording of their recent live show in Tokyo available to view in full here.

Alongside their peers and luminaries such as Endon, Full Of Hell, Nails, and Infest, Friendship are widely considered a visionary in the field of heavy modern music. The band’s antagonistic, blackened, sludge-toned hardcore is focused on delivering with maximum impact. Their latest album “Undercurrent” showcases their savage concoction of ultra-heavy doom, sludge and power violence, underpinned with the oppressive tonal amplification you might associate with the likes of Sleep, Coffins, and Iron Monkey. The sheer force of their sound, razor sharp tone and refined technical approach comes into its own in the live setting - dates and details below.

UK Tour Dates 2020:
Thursday 19th March: Bannerman’s, Edinburgh
Friday 20th March: Drop the Dumbulls, Liverpool
