Austin, Texas-based multi-instrumentalist Mark Deutrom (Bellringer, ex-Melvins, Clown Alley) will release his highly anticipated new album “The Blue Bird” on January 4th, 2019, through Season Of Mist. Several pre-release singles and videos are now streaming, and preorders are available.

Hailing from Finland, noisy and loop-driven instrumental rock duo NYOS has just recently unveiled the first details about their fourth album titled “Now.”, set for a release on February 22nd, 2019.

“Now.” was recorded and mixed at Tonehaven Studio by guitarist Tom Brooke, and mastered by the world-renowned Mandy Parnell, who already worked for highclass acts such as Bjork, Aphex Twin or Sigur Ros.

Long running Minnesota Death/Doom band Cold Colours celebrate their 20th anniversary in 2019 with the February 22nd, 2019, release of fifth full-length album “Northernmost”.

In recognition of the winter solstice, the album’s first blast of freezing wind comes in the form of a lyric video for new track “Terminal Winter”.

While celebrating the band’s twentieth anniversary in 2018, France’s eclectic/progressive instrumental jazz metal fusion trio Mörglbl has completed their seventh full-length recording, “The Story of Scott Rötti”.

The album has been scheduled for release through their American allies at the Laser’s Edge Group, and the label’s Free Electric Sound imprint, on February 1st, 2019, and its cover art, track listing, and more have been issued.
 

This February, Ripple Music will blaze a trail into the realm of progressive doom with the signing of veteran San Franciscan metallers, The Ghost Next Door.
 
Founded by Gary Wendt, singer and former student of legend Joe Satriani, the idea for The Ghost Next Door grew out of the discovery of an abandoned acoustic guitar and a name inspired by a nearby haunted house.
 

MaidaVale is heading out on a lengthy European tour in March 2019. The tour takes the band to Norway, Germany, France, UK and the Netherlands.
