The quintet of carnivore, seems to have been together for quite a while, since there have been some previous slices of mayhem, well another 2 full and one, sort of side serving... haha and they’ve been together for some half dozen of years or more, give or take, grinding corpses and gnawing away at limbs and different members of living and dead.
 

These Canadian modern rockers had surprised me nicely with their self-titled debut album back in 2010. They enjoyed days of fame and fortune since then, as they appeared on the “Saw: The Final Chapter” soundtrack, they hit #1 spot on Billboard’ s Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks and on FMQB’s Active Rock… they went gold in Canada and the list goes on. Their single “Porn Star Dancing” is indeed a very tasteful tune, mixing rock music and porn together… gorgeously. I had them in mind like a modern, more popish side of Steel Panther… without going too deeply or being so keen and “offensive” as the cock/porn hard rock masters. Nonetheless, their self-titled debut is a very good modern rock album.
