ShitKid to release debut full-length album “Fish” on June 2nd 2017

Clearer than the lo-fi murkiness of the debut EP but still very much the opposite to the slick pop dominating todays musical landscape, ShitKid - AKA 24-year old Åsa Söderqvist - will release her highly anticipated debut album “Fish” via PNKSLM Recordings on June 2nd, 2017.

Originally from the north of the Sweden, Åsa moved to Gothenburg after high school, starting a feminist punk band before turning inward and recording what would become her debut self-titled EP on a broken computer at home. A collection of three eerily incandescent blasts recounting the age-old tale of love at first sight was the result.

Cedar Boulevard - Turn to Stone

Really I’m curious about bands like Cedar Boulevard. Firstly why pickup that name when it could be very easily made fun of? But I digress. The brain child of Aussie guitarist Luke Sharp, who ain’t half as bad, Cedar Blvd, doesn’t seem to be entirely sure of what style to follow. They do sound a bit like A Day To Remember, but claim Protest The Hero and Avenged Sevenfold similarities.

Black Tide - Chasing Shadows

Miami residents, Black Tide were signed to a semi-major label (Interscope) when frontman Gabriel Garcia was only 15 years old and released a couple of albums under them, that didn’t really catapult them into superstardom, hence were shown the door.

Typical tattooed up pretty boys of the Asking Alexandria variety, these guys are a bit more melodic and surely more talented when it comes to their guitar playing, more Trivium, than Bullet For My Valentine with slight hints of A7X.

Black Tide to release “Chasing Shadows” on October 16th 2015

Florida based metal outfit Black Tide will release their 3rd full length album entitled “Chasing Shadows” on October 16th, 2015 through Pavement Entertainment.

The follow up to the bands acclaimed “Post Mortem” album, “Chasing Shadows” has the classic Back Tide sound that critics and fans alike have hailed as “old school metal with a new school sound”.

Sumia - Until We Shine Again

Sumia is a newcomer which comes from Finland. About 3 years after they took shape, they released their debut full-length album “Until We Shine Again”. Following the modern sound of our time and blending garage rock, alternative rock, pop-rock, melodic hardcore, punk-pop and a few electro elements together, they did seem to have a certain plan on their mind but I think they got lost along the way a bit.

Silver Story releases new video for “Run”

“Run” is taken from “Cold Street Lights”, the new debut album from the NW’s buzz band, Silver Story.

Produced by Matt O’Grady (You me at six, Don Broco, Deaf Havana) the track fuses the very best pop punk rock influences and blends add an element of a rasping metal vocal to create a supreme official debut single from the St Helen’s four piece.

Silver Story - Cold Street Lights on September 18th 2014

After the success of their previous two EP's and amassing a large audience across the UK with two successful tours, Silver Story will return with their highly anticipated debut album “Cold Street Lights”. Taking influence from a pool of genres Silver Story's music has taken on a sound which is organic yet nostalgic of early 00's punk.
