Monster Magnet to release new covers album “A Better Dystopia” on May 21st 2021

When psychedelic rock icons Monster Magnet got off the plane in the USA after their Powertrip tour of Europe in February 2020, they already realized that they’d dodged a bullet. The band members were all healthy, despite having spent the last week of the month-long excursion gigging overseas, and at that point, many of those countries were in total lockdown. Part two of that tour, North America, was scheduled to begin three weeks later, but the rest is history… no live music, anywhere.

Tonight, Monster Magnet kicks off their North American tour supporting Mindfucker in Toronto, ON. The tour runs through October 28th in Boston, MA.

Pink Fairies to release new studio album “Resident Reptiles” on August 24th 2018

Pink Fairies, the legendary UK psychedelic anarchists, return with a fantastic new album, “Resident Reptiles”, led by founding Fairy Paul Rudolph!

Rudolph is joined by former Hawkwind bassist Alan Davey and original Motörhead drummer Lucas Fox, who not only created a killer rhythm section for the album but added a bit of sizzling biker-rock to the mix! Another Pink Fairies/Motörhead member, Larry Wallis, was with the band in spirit as they churned out an excellent version of his tune “Old Enuff to Know Better!”.

After letting the world know that the waiting for a new album finally comes to an end in Spring 2018, Monster Magnet are ready to show once more that they are full blown pros in this carnival that is the music industry!

Monster Magnet to release new studio album “Mindfucker” on March 23rd 2018

It's been more than a year since the first rumors spread about a new Monster Magnet album and that the band was preparing to enter the studio in Fall 2016. During the band's European Summer tour it finally got confirmed what the fans around the world were so desperately hoping for to be true.

Mastermind Dave Wyndorf stated that the long awaited new studio record is going to be (quote) “full-ahead Detroit-style, early 70s, MC5 and Stooges type of rock”. Sounded very promising back then! And now we know... he wasn't lying!

Minus The Bear announces June 2017 UK & European Tour

With the release of their first album in five years, “Voids”, coming up on 3rd March, 2017, Minus The Bear have announced a string of EU/UK dates for June 2017.

The dates will feature support from Joan Of Arc along with an appearance with American Football at So36 in Berlin. The new dates will follow on from a 29-date spring tour across North America, culminating in a hometown Seattle show on April 15th.

Minus The Bear to release new studio album “Voids” on March 3rd 2017

Minus the Bear are excited to announce their new album “Voids”, due out on March 3rd, 2017.

“Voids” is the Seattle band’s sixth full-length album, and first new LP in half a decade. It also marks the band’s return to their original label home, Suicide Squeeze Records, a longtime pillar of the Emerald City’s vaunted indie rock scene.

Minus The Bear have also announced a 29 date US tour with support from Beach Slang and Bayonne - more details can be found here.
