Emma Ruth Rundle’s latest single “Blooms of Oblivion” intimately reflects on an experience that was too big for her as a child - “Down at the methadone clinic we waited / hoping to take home your cure / The curdling cowards, the crackle of china / you say that it’s making you pure”, she sings. For anyone that’s endured trauma and grief, there’s a beautiful solace in hearing Rundle articulate and humanise that particular type of pain not only with her words, but with her unique mysterious language of melody and timbre.

Lusitanian Ghosts to release new studio album “Exotic Quixotic” on November 19th 2021

Portuguese-Canadian-Swedish indie folk rock collective Lusitanian Ghosts will release their second album “Exotic Quixotic” in November, recorded on analogue tape and mixed by Sebastian Muxfeldt (Elbow, Peter Doherty, Teenage Fanclub) at Hamburg’s Clouds Hills Studios and featuring ancient Portuguese chordophones and other European string instruments.

Emma Ruth Rundle & Thou to release new EP “The Helm of Sorrow” on January 15th 2021

On the heels of their full length collaboration, Thou and Emma Ruth Rundle (appearing courtesy of Sargent House) are releasing a companion EP, “The Helm of Sorrow”, which includes additional songs from the sessions from the collaborative project.

Tomberlin to release new EP “Projections” on October 16th 2020

Tomberlin, the Los Angeles via Louisville, KY artist, has announced a new EP titled “Projections” with a Busy Philipps-directed video for its lead single “Wasted”.

The EP, which was co-produced by Alex G (Alex Giannascoli) and band-mate Sam Acchione, continues the arc of her critically acclaimed 2018 debut, “At Weddings”.

King Buzzo to release new studio album “Gift of Sacrifice” on May 15th 2020

King Buzzo, the iconic Melvins’ singer and guitar player, returns with his second solo album, “Gift of Sacrifice”, on May 15th, 2020, via Ipecac Recordings.

The nine-song release finds Buzz Osborne joined by longtime friend and Mr. Bungle bass player Trevor Dunn.
