Texas born and bred Murder FM were formed as an outlet for the frustrated youth spent writing music in the dark dusty corners of Dallas,TX. Following some local success they did earn supporting slots with Rob Zombie, Deftones, Five Finger Death Punch, Pop Evil and many more.
Their full length release is a mixture of Electronic Rock/Industrial Metal to the world. Reminiscent of Marilyn Manson and all these new bands coming from America, although they seem to also have some punk/pop sensibilities thrown in there, for good measure... This metallaxis of nu-metal, in a more unisexual and safe sound, while well enough executed, doesn’t quite sound like my cup of tea. I’m sure fans of Manson and the likes, could like them pretty much though, possibly even better than the real thing (as of late)…
