Angel Dust are back with a brand new powerful album which is entitled “Of Human Bondage”. The new member on board is the guitarist Ritchie Wilkinson (Drop Dead, Silencer) who replaced Bernd Aufermann.
Angel Dust’s sixth album features ten dynamic heavy/power metal songs with a little groovy/thrashy edge at times. Recommended tracks are: “Disbeliever” (a gloomy atmospheric power ballad), “The Cultman”, “Forever”, “Inhuman”, “Unreal Soul”, “Freedom Awaits”. The last track “Killer” is an Adamski-Seal cover. Weird choice but they have given it the apt heaviness to fit the album. The production is powerful & heavy.
“Of Human Bondage”, is a very good album overall. The band’s fans will definitely enjoy it.
