Roadkill is one of Londons leading garage nights showcasing the best in 60s revival, psych, surf, punk and dirty rock n’ roll. The monthly night hosts three bands and guest DJs spinning vinyl classics ‘till late.
Heavy Leather Promotions has been running live music and club nights in and around North London for the last 3 years to an ever growing fanbase at the beautiful Aces & Eights Saloon Bar, Tufnell Park. Being specialists in whiskey and pizza, with a dark, candle lit basement venue and excellent service standards, Aces really is the best host for your night out. We’ve already featured the likes of Loom, Love Buzzard, The Cracked Belles, Dressmaker, Dirty White Fever, Voodoo Binmen and Dedwardians to name but a few.
Continuing the huge success of our first Fridays slot at the infamous Aces and Eights Saloon Bar, this upcoming Roadkill sees a Heavy Leather favourite, welcome newcomers and the band that started it all...
The Black Bullets - The Devil's children are riding into town, their first time back with us since Roadkill #1.
The Black Bullets are five bastard children from hell, locked together to produce the most filthy Rock n Roll to penetrate human ears. Low slung guitars, booze drenched vocals and high energy grooves are hallmarks of The Black Bullets performance and they’re too fast and too filthy for you…
With special guests Sonic Mass. These guys bring their garage rock psychedelia to Roadkill for the first time to blow your minds. Expect hypnotically heavy riffs and a whole lotta sludgy blues.
And The Night Jars... Members of Heavy Leather regulars Love Buzzard form this garage psych / post punk combo with dark, fuzzy tones to set the mood.
With Heavy Leather DJ Jonathon Campbell Ratcliffe spinning garage, surf and psych.
