Inspired by the rural surroundings of their native Suffolk, UK power fuzz rock trio Old Man Lizard have returned with their third and critically acclaimed album “True Misery”, out now on Wasted State Records!

Belting out their unique brand of stoner and sludge since 2011, these guys have proven themselves in the heavy rock scene while delivering memorable live shows alongside the likes of Elder, Conan or Fatso Jetson, to name just a few. Slots at Desertfest Belgium, Hard Rock Hell - Doom vs Stoner, Desertfest London or a headlining tour all over Europe have established Old Man Lizard as a staple and biggest hopes of the current stoner scene.

After years in the making, Jack Newnham (also in Slabdragger and Meadows), Gav Senior and Dan Beales have just released their new album “True Misery” on November 30th, 2018, with Wasted State Records, highly praised by both fans and the press.

While taking themselves not too serious and always appearing with a good dose of humor the band is known and loved for, Old Man Lizard have just recently premiered a brand new music video to the track “Return to Earth”.

Says the band: “We had a huge amount of fun making this video over the course of a weekend. With a green screen, some model cars, my old mercedes and a couple of lovely days we managed to create something we are very proud of. Our good friend Jack Burley of Prismatik was an absolute pleasure to work with and did an amazing job of fitting so many ridiculous ideas into one video”.

Old Man Lizard’s new album, filled with brutal tales and banging riffs, is out in stores now and available in CD, Vinyl and Digital formats. Highly recommended for fans of Elder, Baroness, Kyuss, Harvey Milk or Taint, you can purchase your copy here.
