Up and coming Finnish rockers OD have changed their name to One Desire.
“With a new lineup compared to when we recorded the demos and in order to avoid misunderstandings on the name, we thought it made more sense to call us One Desire”, says drummer and founding member Ossi Sivula. “We will keep the “old” OD logo but the good thing is that we are finally ready to unleash the music. We’re coming – get ready!”...
One Desire have recently delivered their debut album to the label. Songs have already turned heads in the industry with insiders making comments like: “This band really is excellent, kind of reminds me of hearing H.E.A.T for the first time. Same kind of magic”, or “These songs I listened to are really strong”, “Strong contender for album of the year” and with Serafino Perugino - Frontiers’s very own President – saying: “In the last 20 years it is rare that I have felt so excited about a new band!”...
Line-up:
Jimmy Westerlund (producer of Negative, Sturm Und Drang, Joel Madden of Good Charlotte, Pitbull etc.) – Guitars
André Linman (ex Sturm Und Drang) – Lead vocals
Ossi Sivula – Drums
Jonas Kuhlberg (Paul Di´Anno, Cain´s Offering, MyGrain) – Bass
Get ready for a mind blowing melodic rock album! More news soon!
