Formed in August of 2012, High Hopes consisting of Nick Brooks on vocals, Daryl Pryor on drums, Nathan Pryor on Guitar, Krishan Pujara on Guitar and Shaun Flanagan on Bass have already done an impressive amount for such a young band.
From supporting big names such as Your Demise, Palm Reader, Giants, Oh Sleeper and more to heading over to Europe earlier this year.
Signing to Italian label This Is Core Records enabled them to release their self-titled debut E.P physically and digitally. The E.P received glowing reviews across mainland Europe and on home turf.
Taking influences from bands such as The Ghost Inside, Parkway Drive and Killswitch Engage. For Fans of Parkway Drive, Bury Your Dead, Stick To Your Guns.
April of this year saw them enter the studio to record their debut album with legendary Producer Russ Russell (Napalm Death, Evile, Sikth, Wildhearts).
Pushing for a more mature sound, Russ has helped them deliver this, and on “Self Revival” it shows. Pushing themselves further into both the metalcore and hardcore scene, its obvious “Self Revival” will solidify High Hopes position as a well recognised and respected band.
