Lancashire rockers Exit State announce a 7-date UK tour for December, marking the completion of another exciting year for the band. 2012 has seen them make many new fans as special guests on tour with legendary ex-UFO & Scorpions guitarist Michael Schenker, including a stunning performance at Shepherd's Bush Empire.
More recently, the band opened for Reckless Love at Manchester's Club Academy & returned for a special Halloween show in Belgium where the increasingly warm relationship with European fans was clearly cemented.
The tour kicks off with a hometown date, includes 4 co-headline shows with fellow Lancastrians ICON & culminates with the Rocksector Records Showcase & Christmas Party at NQ Live (formerly Moho Live) in Manchester on 15th December alongside labelmates Absolva, Triaxis, Hanging Doll & more....

In other news about the band, bassist Phil Ireland is currently recovering from testicular cancer which has prompted the band to engage in the Movember initiative, raising funds & awareness for men's health including prostate cancer & testicular cancer especially. Looking ahead, Exit State enter the studio on 21st January to begin recording their 3rd full length album. Writing for this project is complete & one or two new songs will no doubt be aired live during the tour in December. The new album is planned for release in May 2013. The band will also be working again with video production company Video Ink who produced their acclaimed videos for the songs "Circles" & "Check Out The Crazy" both of which received plenty of airtime on Kerrang TV.
