Spring is on the way...

GR logoWhat a great feeling when Spring is coming and the dark & cloudy days are left behind. So, another month has gone by and here we are again with numerous releases around, tryin’ to catch up as many as we can. Generally speaking, some good albums have been released and some more are expected by the fans. Let’s not give the appropriate attention and consideration to the big and known groups only. There are so many bands that need & deserve our support more than a known one that has been declining for quite a time.

By keeping on praising the same bands no matter if they deliver good albums or not, we do not help them better up neither we give the chance to other bands to come up stronger and more enthusiastic. We’re in need for new metal blood…

I do not usually comment over political issues, but it seems that Europe will fall apart more quickly than it was expected. A big domino will begin and none can tell where & when it will end! Leave the people free to live their own way and stop pushing them to the edge… can’t you see where this all leads to?!

PS1: It seems that a few guys do not have the appropriate level to understand nor express themselves. Please stop bothering your existence and get a life… friendly speaking...

PS2: Those who dared won… and I’m referring to the guys that won a CD or a DVD from our latest contests. Do not hesitate to do so. I’m sure all these guys are enjoying their albums now. Swell!

PS3: It’s natural for people to support and praise their native scene. For instance, a lot of people are talking in a flattering way for almost all the new Greek bands but the truth is different. Here on Grande Rock, we have decided to support good music without caring about the styles & scenes since day one.

PS4: We wanna thank all the bands & labels that send us some truly great CDs in order to offer them to our visitors/readers. More to follow soon!

PS5: This month’s Editorial is dedicated to a drummer that passed away a few weeks ago and stigmatized the whole metal music with his participation in one of the biggest groups of all time… Clive Burr of Iron Maiden… R.I.P.
