Anti-Mortem - New Southern on April 15th 2014

The artwork for “New Southern”, the upcoming debut album by Oklahoma natives and saviors of southern-infused hard rock Anti-Mortem, has been revealed worldwide today. Album artwork was created by Brent Elliott White (Death Angel, Job For A Cowboy, Trivium).
 
“New Southern” will be released in physical and digital formats on April 15th in Europe, April 28th in the U.K. and April 29th in North America via Nuclear Blast Entertainment. The album was produced, recorded, and mixed by the esteemed Bob Marlette (Black Stone Cherry, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Shinedown, Rob Zombie).

Anti-Mortem’s upcoming debut release is entitled "New Southern". The album was produced, recorded and mixed by famed producer Bob Marlette (Black Stone Cherry, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Shinedown, Rob Zombie).
 
Look for "New Southern" on both physical and digital formats on April 18th, 2014 via Nuclear Blast Entertainment.

Philip H. Anselmo, legendary frontman of PANTERA and DOWN, will release his first career solo album, “Walk Through Exits Only”, on July 19th via Season of Mist in partnership with Anselmo's own Housecore Records.
 
“Walk Through Exits Only” features artwork from Vance Kelly (DOWN, THE SWORD, HUNTRESS) and will be available on limited digipak CD and limited edition vinyl including an exclusive, limited-to-150 grey/red haze LP, as well as digitally. All physical editions can be pre-ordered here.

Anti-Mortem signs with Nuclear Blast

Nuclear Blast is pleased to announce the newest addition to its ever-growing label roster: ANTI-MORTEM.
 
Formed in 2008 and fronted by vocalist Larado Romo, ANTI-MORTEM’s line-up includes older brother-guitarist Nevada Romo, guitarist Zain Smith, bassist Corey Henderson and drummer Levi Dickerson. With over 300 shows to their name, these Chickasha, Oklahoma natives (aged between 18 & 22) spent their formative nights and weekends woodshedding their sound on the concert stage they built themselves in the Smith family barn (originally intended to store an old car collection).

The main theme of the album is the journey itself, the road that leads us to a woman's love, the countryside enlightened by an angel and a child, the miles that still keep us far from our city, destroyed by an hurricane.
