Vulture Industries announces Eastern European Tour 2014

Norwegian avant-garde metal pioneers Vulture Industries have announced a string of Eastern European dates.

They will be joined by Romania's pagan spirits Dordeduh and Swiss urban mystics Blutmond. This darkly progressive tour will kick off on May 21st in Praha, Czech Republic at Modra Vopice and continue on long winding roads until a final show in Slowenia's beautiful city of Maribor at MC Pekarna.

Equally thrilled by the signing, Coldwar had this to say about it: “Coldwar are proud to announce that we have signed to Candlelight records. We are very excited about our future with Candlelight and are honoured to be on a label with such a varied and talented collection of artists”.

Ihsahn - Das Seelenbrechen

About a year after “Eremita”, Ihsahn is back with his fifth solo work which is entitled “Das Seelenbrechen”. The blending of rock, atmospheric, avant-garde, black, extreme, melodic, hard, metal & progressive music still continues on this album.

Ihsahn has also got his beloved wife Ihriel (Star of Ash) on vocals by his side and Tobias Ørnes Andersen (Leprous) on drums. The mixing & mastering has once again been done by the renowned Jens Bogren (Opeth, Amon Amarth, Katatonia, Dark Tranquillity, Enslaved tec.). Needless to say, the final result is superb.

Hi Amos… Second release for the band and you really took it one step further… Way to go dude!

A: Thanks man. Although not in any way difficult, quite the opposite in fact, it certainly was one of the most stressful records we’ve ever made. Simply because we felt like we had to live up to the expectations we created with our first record. And well both in public and behind the scenes it’s been a tough couple of years, so we’re really happy to have this bad boy out there working for us now!

Orphaned Land - European Tour 2013

Orphaned Land, the leaders and pioneers of Oriental Metal, are happy to announce their upcoming European "All Is One" headline tour!

From September to November places all over Europe will be played to present the new studio album "All Is One", surfacing June 24th (USA June 25th). Before heading on the headline tour Orphaned Land will pay a few festivals and shows in South America, as well as European festivals.
