Vader announces May 2017 Scandinavian Tour

Polish death metal tank Vader will kick off their European tour with New York death metal giants Immolation, with support also coming from Austrian death metallers Monument Of Misanthropy this Saturday.

The band led by Piotr “Peter” Wiwczarek recently added a string of Scandinavian shows to their itinerary.

On this tour, figures no less than fellow countrymen Decapitated and Thy Disease will be opening for Vader. Find the entire tour routing below!

Vader announces Spring/Summer US Tour 2017

Polish death metal legends, Vader, has announced they will be invading The U.S. In May! The band will make an appearance at Maryland Death Fest on May 26th before meeting up with the package. The trek will stop in New Orleans, San Diego, and Chicago, before concluding at the Webster Hall in New York city on June 16th!

Joining Vader on the 21-date tour are Interal Bleeding, Sacrificial Slaughter, Voices Of Ruin, and Micawber! Following the tour, Vader will continue onto San Juan, Puerto Rico to play at La Respuesta on June 17th!

Vader to release new 10" “Iron Times” on August 12th 2016 prior to their new studio album “The Empire”

Polish death metal legends Vader recently announced the release of a special 10" single, taken from their upcoming album “The Empire”.

The 10" single is entitled “Iron Times” and includes the following songs.

Mightiest, Germany's best kept Black Metal secret will launch its first full length attack after mere 21 years in existence. Just 20 years after the first Mightiest demo!!!

The album is called “SinisTerra”, and it is nothing less than a total killer. The raw, brutal production was done in the glorious halls of the Iguana Studios (Necrophagist, Imperium Dekadenz, Deadborn, Unlight, Fragments Of Unbecoming, Finsterfrost, Bitterness).

The awesome cover artwork (and the logo) was done by the master of darkness himself, Paolo Girardi (Bell Witch, Battle Ram, Black Death, Manilla Road).

Svarttjern signs with Soulseller Records

Norwegian black metallers Svarttjern have joined forces with Soulseller Records to unleash their new and fourth album.

“Dødsskrik” will be released in spring 2016. Expect nothing but True Norwegian Black Metal! Hail madness and Satan!
 
Svarttjern, formed in 2003, will make their next live appearances at "Blastfest" in Bergen, Norway on February 17th and at "Black'n'Thrash Inferno 2016" in Essen, Germany on April 8th & 9th.

Barbarian are an Italian band that worships in the altar of all things early Celtic Frost & Hellhammerish without obviously coming close to the Swiss grandmasters of the genre. The go for the same proto-thrash/black that’s basic and primal and to the point without any higher artistic aspirations with guttural vocals and the best thing going on for them being the engaging guitar riffs and the overall “evil” and “threatening” atmosphere, a sort of area where they manage to do pretty well. Classically, a Trio, they exhibit the strengths of that configuration as well as the usual weaknesses, but in our case, with the bar, not set too high, the guys don't have too many hurdles to overcome.
 

Pentagram Chile - The Malefice on September 6th 2013

PENTAGRAM CHILE have set September 6th as the release date for their first-ever studio album “The Malefice” through Germany’s Cyclone Empire Records.
 
The album was recorded at Sade Studio, Santiago, Chile by Juan Pablo Donoso, and HVR Studio, Suffolk, UK by Dan Biggin, where the effort was also mixed. The cover artwork is an illustration by renowned Argentinian artist Santiago Caruso.
 

Watain - The Wild Hunt out in August

Watain announce the title and release date of the upcoming album: "After 120 nights of iron will and ardent magic, the fifth fullength album of Watain is now complete. With broken bones and burning hearts we have ploughed our way through deepest winter into a new wilderness, to which we will open the gates at summers end. "The Wild Hunt" will be released on August 19th in Europe and August 20th in USA. Beware the rising star of dawn..."
 
The album was mixed again at the Necromorbus Studio in Alvik, Sweden by Tore Stjerna. No further comments. More details will be unveiled soon.
