The Ghost Next Door to release new studio album “A Feast for the Sixth Sense” on February 8th 2019

This February, Ripple Music will blaze a trail into the realm of progressive doom with the signing of veteran San Franciscan metallers, The Ghost Next Door.
 
Founded by Gary Wendt, singer and former student of legend Joe Satriani, the idea for The Ghost Next Door grew out of the discovery of an abandoned acoustic guitar and a name inspired by a nearby haunted house.

Ghost live in Florida 2018

For those that don’t know Ghost, the band was formed by Tobias Forge back in 2006 in Linkoping Sweden. As the music they were creating was unlike anything that they had created before, the band decided to take on a more theatrical approach and the Forge adopted the persona of “Papa Emeritus” and dressed in Papal garb, while the rest of band donned black outfits and masks and would be known as Nameless Ghouls.

Grammy® Award-winning, acclaimed alternative rock luminaries, The Smashing Pumpkins today announced their highly-anticipated new LP “Shiny and Oh So Bright, Vol. 1 / LP: No Past. No Future. No Sun.”.

Recorded at Shangri La Studios with legendary producer Rick Rubin, the LP is the band’s first in over 18 years to feature founding members Billy Corgan, James Iha, Jimmy Chamberlin, with longtime guitarist Jeff Schroeder and it will be released on November 16th, 2018.
