Oh my, oh my… 4 whole years have passed since the previous colossal-turd “Koloss” (in the actual term of the word in Greek!) and once again I was the “lucky one” to review the new album of this Swedish band. Poor me!!! Weirdly enough, it took quite some years for the Musses (WTF!) to visit these guys… I just hope they visit them every decade or so from now on!

If you have some time to kill – well, listen to it. I do not have so I really do not know why I’ve been listening to this shit for about an hour! What the hell is wrong with me?!! Yeah, this album is more listenable than the “colossal” “Koloss”, but nothing has really changed apart from the intense guitar work, which takes the leading role here along with the vocals that suck big time. Not too “atmospheric” like the previous album was trying to be but still nothing to offer to those who really enjoy music and not a noisy djent technical modern groove wannabe metal crap… with this muddy, yet heavy but “noisy” production.

The tracks are a bit long (yeah I really enjoyed that!), the songwriting is unique, as it’s to wonder who can “write” such monotonous, wannabe technical groovy stuff with annoying “lead guitars” and so flat vocals … without any melodies at all! Hooray, these guys really know how to make good music! I’m sure their fans are gonna fancy this album and that’s good for them… personally, I’m gonna need some time to get well after this irritating noisy music hour that I’ve spent for no reason at all! Still wondering how the term “progressive” has become such a debasement these days…
