Framing Hanley, from Nashville, TN, is one of the few new bands of the last decade which got much recognition & grew big in a little time. “The Sum of Who We Are” is their third – and most crucial – album and it will totally show the way for the band’s future endeavors.

Without needing any explicit introduction, FH returns after a 4 year hiatus to sum up all of their influences and give their fans some new modern rock hits to revel in. This album was funded by the band’s fans in its entirety – so it’s another paradigm of how these fund raising platforms work for the bands’ own benefit in most cases.

The band’s alternative rock, pop-rock, modern rock & post-grunge music amalgam will utterly appeal to the young generation… but alternatively tracks like the catchy opener “Criminal”, the astonishing “No Saving Me” & the sentimental “Castaway” will gratify all those who are searching for little nice radio-friendly songs. The full & powerful production adds another plus to the album’s overall outcome.

Framing Hanley do not claim any originality prizes, but they are honest & true in what they do. They have a certain dynamic at this point which can work for their advantage in their future musical course. Their loyal fan base will expand after this release. At the end of the day that’s all that matters in today’s music industry… to have a strong & devoted fan base which can support & “fuel” a band to go on…
