"Sid Vicious is Dead". These are the words that introduce the listener to and dictate the whole philosophical print of the first album by Seta: now that the image of the rock star is vanishing, these five guys from Verona, Italy, have popped out a great work that aspires to sound consistent, without any regret of that past golden age of rock and with the eyes pointed towards the future. The album is made up of nine songs and the ghost track “Suena”, remixed by Daniele Dupuis a.k.a. Megahertz, who was a member of former Bluvertigo's singer Morgan solo band. It's an electro rock album which is characterized by biting and direct lyrics, simple melodies with an obsessive attention to electronic music that doesn't surprise the listener; on the contrary it's easy to enter into their musical environment even from the first listening.
“Interferenze” is a loveling and captivating work based on spontaneity and longevity. The mix of different genres that influenced the songwriting and the warm and fascinating sounds go straight to your heart and lead you through a vortex of emotions where everything that seems logic actually isn't logic at all: the true challenge is being able to catch each shade. Here it seems that the rock itself is a kind of disturbance together with the human factor that breaks the electronic sound of synths to breath and shouts at the end “I'm still here!”...
