Deadend in Venice were founded in 2008 AD and laid their foundations with the first "Batavian sundown" titled demo-production in the same year.
Even with this clear "melodic death" influenced start the mixture of typical male growls and a strong female voice was always superficial and should also remain typical for the sound of the metal band.
In the following year Deadend in Venice already had the opportunity to play bigger shows with well-known bands such as Tristania, Finntroll or Tanzwut.
The second "Hate Sweet Hate" titled demo was released in 2009 and was also able to get good resonance.
So the band concentrated its power on the composition and production of the first complete album during the next year.
The recordings took place in the Kick The Flame Studio under the direction of Andy Schmidt (Disillusion) in November 2010. With the release of "See you on the ground” in 2011 the band opened up new paths and the first concerts outside Germany, such as the Metal Camp in Slovenia followed.
It should not be quiet and so the band went on to work on new material in 2012. After a successful crowd funding campaign on PledgeMusic the recordings began at the end of the year
Songs and musicians show themselves clearly matured and now have taken their own direction in the metal genre.
