
Rewind The 80s Music Festival, the world’s first and biggest 80s music festival, is back by popular demand with three UK festivals during summer 2016. Tickets for all three festivals go on sale at 9am on Friday January 29th from the official website here.
Rewind Scotland is back at Scone Palace, Perth on Saturday July 23rd and Sunday July 24th, with headline performances from the iconic Holly Johnson and Adam Ant, plus performances from legendary Scottish artists Midge Ure, The Bluebells, Average White Band, Big Country plus many more big names, including Rick Astley, Tony Hadley, ABC, Roland Gift, Marc Almond, Go West, and for the very first time, Living In A Box, Leo Sayer, Snap, and Slim Jim Phantom From Stray Cats. The British Electric Foundation will also make their Rewind Scotland debut with fantastic guests like The Farm's Peter Hooton, Heaven 17’s Glen Gregory, Thomas Dolby and many more.
Rewind North at Capesthorne Hall, Cheshire on Saturday August 6th and Sunday August 7th boasts headline performances including Adam Ant and Thompson Twins’ Tom Bailey, plus a stellar line-up of outstanding bands and artists including UB40, The Christians, Earth Wind and Fire Experience, Marc Almond, Rick Astley, Midge Ure, Go West, Slim Jim Phantom From Stray Cats, Nik Kershaw, Jason Donovan, Paul Carrack, Hazel O’Connor, Dr & The Medics (Spirit in the Sky) and From The Jam and many more including the Rewind North debut of the British Electric Foundation featuring fantastic guest artists including Joy Division’s Peter Hook, Heaven 17’s Glen Gregory, Thomas Dolby and more.
Rewind South is back at Temple Island Meadows, Henley-on-Thames on Saturday August 20th and Sunday August 21st with headliners Erasures Andy Bell and Adam Ant, plus star-studded performances from the likes of returning festival favourites Rick Astley, Jimmy Somerville, Marc Almond, Roland Gift and many more. For the very first time, Leo Sayer, The Trevor Horn Band, Lloyd Cole and Living in A Box, plus Tony Hadley performs for the first time with a full Orchestra accompaniment at a festival. The British Electric Foundation will return for a second year at Rewind South with a whole bunch of new guests following their smash debut in 2015.
