Sabaton - First Show of the Swedish Empire Tour Sold Out

Swedish epic power metallers SABATON issue the following announcement regarding their upcoming “Swedish Empire Tour” together with their label mates ELUVEITIE:

“The show in Brussels was the first one to sell out on the upcoming Swedish Empire Tour – weeks before the show will happen, there are no tickets left. We are looking forward to a lot of fully packed crazy venues all over Europe. The tour will start next week. See you on the road”!

Evocation - Illusions Of Grandeur out September 24th

Sweden's Death Metal overlords EVOCATION will release their fourth studio album "Illusions Of Grandeur" through Century Media Records on September 24th in Europe.

The new album is the band's first studio album for their new label and another proof why the five-piece band from Borås has become a leading force in the death metal scene.

"Illusions Of Grandeur" includes 10 tracks of supreme Swedish death metal, a perfect mélange of Stockholm rawness and Gothenburg epics.

In-Sight - From the Depths

This is the third work in a decade for the Italian melodic death metalers In-Sight. Their love for the Swedish melodeath sound is more than obvious while listening to this album… as one could have easily thought they are from Sweden.

Following the music formula of bands like: Soilwork, In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, Scar Symmetry, Sonic Syndicate and so on… they do present something powerful, heavy and melo-brutal… as instead of clean male vocals they have added female ones. The album was mixed, produced and mastered by Dualized and Eddy Cavazza and the sound is very tight & heavy.

Altar

The long-defunct Swedish Death Metallers ALTAR unleashes the most complete compilation of recorded tracks during their six-year existence from 1989 till 1995, featuring 17 re-mastered tracks by legendary multi-instrumentalist / Death Metal extraordinaire Dan Swanö at Unisound Studio, Sweden and a brand new exclusive album cover artwork and layout by Kontamination Design, Poland.
