Antonello Giliberto signs with Minotauro Records

Minotauro Records is very excited to announce the signing of Antonello Giliberto to its ranks for his upcoming album “Journey Through My Memory”.

Here's what Antonello has to say about the album:
“I began work on "Journey Through My Memory" in September 2013, when by chance I was watching Frances Ford Coppola’s Dracula, which gave me the inspiration to write the album’s first track, "Demeter" (the name of the ship on which Dracula arrives in England). From there I started down the path of writing through to July 2014, when I finished the track that closes the album, "The Art of Ending".

Joe Satriani to release “Shockwave Supernova” on July 24th 2015

Legendary guitarist, Joe Satriani, announces plans to release his 15th solo studio album, “Shockwave Supernova”, on July 24th 2015, making him one of the first to utilise the new “Friday, Global Release Day” for music.

It would be easy to call “Shockwave Supernova” a "masterpiece" or "the last word on guitar" from the world’s most commercially successful solo guitar performer. Satch, however, sees it much more personally. He has consistently advanced the artistry of the instrument; an effort he dedicated himself to on 18th September, 1970, the day his idol Jimi Hendrix died.

Bumblefoot

Hi Ron… it’s really great to have you on Grande Rock! You new album, “Little Brother is Watching” is captivating indeed… well-done!

R: Thank you so much!

I guess due to your many music collaborations and to Guns n Roses you pushed your own releases a bit back… Is this why there’s that 7-year hiatus between the new album and “Abnormal” or not?

Bumblefoot - Little Brother is Watching

After a 6-year hiatus and being a member on Gun n’ Roses, the guitar virtuoso Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal returns with his tenth album as Bumblefoot. This is his second release after he joined GnR, as his previous album “Abnormal” was released in the same year with “Chinese Democracy”. The eccentric, talented and creative musician, multi-instrumentalist and producer Ron throws in the idea that apart from the “big brother”, the “little brother” is also watching us all no matter where we are… it’s like a race for “who is watching whom”! The lyrics that have a humorous approach deal with life in the digital age and beyond.
