Dark, meditative music group Shibalba will release a new studio album titled “Nekrologie Sinistrae (Orchestral Noise Opus I)” on October 2nd, 2020, via Agonia Records.

In anticipation of the album the band revealed a new song, “Δαήμων Tunnel A”, which is available for streaming below.

Providence, Rhode Island-based experimental/doom metal outfit Tovarish presents their harrowing new album, “If the War Comes Tomorrow”, as the band marks its tenth year in existence. Now confirmed for release through Argonauta Records in early July, the track listing, cover art, a brief trailer, and additional details on the album have been posted.

Nefarious Industries announces the details for Zvi’s new full-length album, “Deer Pink”, now confirmed for release in April.

Zvi is the eclectic solo project of NYC-based multi-instrumentalist Ron Varod, known for his roles in Kayo Dot, Sabbath Assembly, Psalm Zero, So Is The Tongue, and others. While previous Zvi material can be interpreted as a minimal experimental drone twist on the traditional singer/songwriter, 2019 ushers in a new era of experimentation with “Deer Pink”.

Finnish acts - cosmic black metal alchemists Oranssi Pazuzu and their cohorts Dark Buddha Rising, known for their grandiose, slug-paced, ritualist doom metal - have recorded a new album, “Syntheosis”, set for release on Svart Records this April under the moniker Waste Of Space Orchestra.

Meditative dark trance/ambient/shamanic act Shibalba, featuring Acherontas V.Priest (Acherontas), Karl NE/Nachzehrer (Nåstrond) and Aldra-Al-Melekh in its ranks, has revealed details surrounding the upcoming album “Psychostasis - Death of Khat”.

The album will be released on April 30th, 2017, via Agonia Records, and it will include 10 new songs. Cover artwork was made by Karl NE.

Shibalba signs to Agonia Records

Greek meditative dark trance/ambient/shamanic act Shibalba has signed a record deal with Agonia Records. The band is preparing to release a new studio album titled “Psychostasis - Death of Khat” in April.

Shibalba's music is saturated with the mysticism of the East. It's richly detailed and multidimensional, while layered with chanting and broadly defined elements of traditional ritual and shamanic music. Apart from contemporary synths and guitar drones, the band makes use of bones and skulls as percussion instruments, Tibetan Horns, Tibetan Singing Bowls, bone & horne trumpets, Darbuka's (goblet drums) as well as ceremonial bells and gongs, to name a few.

Sepvlcrvm “Vox in Rama” is a mystical ascent based on deep interpretations of primordial knowledge and Ancient scriptures. Working as a sonic incantation to a back-drop of bold religious imagery and iconography, this duo summons a haunting soundtrack of pure uncontaminated improvisation, whispering evocations, occult drones and hypnotic guitars.

“Vox in Rama” will be released on May 9th, 2016 by Argonauta Records and it will be available in a first limited edition CD A5 packaging.
