Slow Burning Rage to release eponymous debut album on December 17th 2021

Pax Aeternum announces the December release of the eponymous debut album from Slow Burning Rage, a new musical project formed by drummer Ryan Parrish, who here acts as a multi-instrumentalist. The album’s cover art, track listing, and long list of guest contributors has been issued alongside preorders and the lead single, “The Slow Burn of Madmartigan”.
 

Odd Circus to release new EP “Arch Nova” on June 25th 2021

Avant-rock trio Odd Circus will release their “Arch Nova” EP on June 25th, 2021. Compiled from free improvisations performed live from July 22nd to July 30th, 2020, “Arch Nova” follows the recent release of the band’s critically lauded “Mantha” EP and serves as the second installment of a planned EP series.

As the heretical anarcho-punk spirit of the title implies, Godspeed harnesses some particularly raw power, spittle and grit across two riveting 20-minute side-length trajectories of noise-drenched widescreen post-rock: inexorable chug blossoms into blown-out twang, as some of the band’s most soaring, searing melodies ricochet and converge amidst violin and bassline counterpoint.
