Innuendo are a melodic rock trio from Arizona, consisting of Pat Laferty (vocals), Brett Richey (guitar, keys, bass), and Tom Carr (drums), who have been at it since 1994, which is quite some time, delivering as you might have inferred from the title of this album some eight albums, through their time together.

Bjørn Riis - A Storm is Coming

Bjorn Riis’ name might not mean a lot on its own, but some context is given if you mention that he’s the mastermind and guitarist of Norweigian progsters Airbag, a band that has manage to mirror Pink Floyd, to perfection without really aping them. Seemingly not content with only being a member of Airbag, he’s also got a solo career on the side and “A Storm is Coming” marks his fourth personal outing.

The B Side track, “Moonlit Love”, is exclusive to this single.

This record was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Max Read at The Lodge Recording Studios, Northampton. Some vocals were recorded at Joe’s home studio, also in Northampton.

Bjørn Riis - Forever Comes to an End

Bjørn Riis, the mastermind of the Norwegian atmospheric rock band Airbag, returns with his sophomore solo release, 3 years after his debut. It is true that Bjørn has “mastered” the art of atmospheric emotional music all these years as he has been “taught” by the best of the best – Pink Floyd, Alan Parsons, Porcupine Tree and so on. Then again, some of the tracks here could have easily been on an Airbag album, but Bjørn knows better and he also keeps some fine tracks for his solos releases.
