On January 24th, 2020, more than a decade after its predecessor “The Darkness”, Finnish death and gothic doom metal icon Tuomas Saukkonen returned with “Waves”, his sophomore solo-album under the flag of Dawn Of Solace.

Praised by fans and critics alike as one of the best albums of the year, the release and the band’s resurrection raised high hopes that it won’t be another 14 long years until a new full-length is out.

Rainover are immensely proud to announce their long-awaited new album, “NOX”, which will be released worldwide via Wormholedeath Records on April 17th, 2020, digitally, and May 8th, 2020, physically (USA and Japan release dates to come soon). The album will be presented live with a special release show in May 16th in the city of Murcia, Spain.

It’s been 13 long years since Dawn Of Solace’s critically acclaimed debut, but January 24th, 2020, will see the Death and Gothic Doom Metal icon Saukkonen release his sophomore solo-record.

Finnish atmospheric group SundaySong has released their second single “Firechild” from upcoming album “Signals”.
 
”Signals” has considerably darker atmosphere than the previous album and the release process has been filled with unfortunate delays. Now however we can expect the new album to be released in early autumn 2019.
 

The second single from the previous Achiote album “Loneliness of Endless Days” carries the same name and comes up with a mystical video shot in the Finnish winter wilderness.

“Loneliness of Endless Days” is a story of longing. It’s filled with sadness and leaving things behind, but it also has a hint of new hope in the horizon.
