Pentagram Chile - The Malefice out in Spring 2013

The Cult is Alive… and Chilean Mega-cult PENTAGRAM CHILE have at least almost completed work on their FIRST EVER album with the title "The Malefice" to be released sometime later this spring via CYCLONE EMPIRE!!!
 
PENTAGRAM CHILE are nearing completion of their first-ever studio album, which will be titled "The Malefice". Drums for the album were tracked at Sade Studios in Santiago, Chile, while all guitars and vocals were recorded at HVR Studios in Suffolk, UK, where the album is currently being mixed by vocalist/guitarist Anton Reisenegger with long-time friend, collaborator , co-producer and studio owner Daniel Biggin.

Obsession - Order of Chaos

Obsession are back, for the attack with yet another album after their rather successful reunion in 2004, that bore a single album that was however re-released twice with slightly different covers making certain people believe they had released actually 2 albums. A complication that followed a couple of years later didn’t help things either coupled with certain re-releases of the old albums that according to the band were unsanctioned. Phew! Oh well. Fast forward to 2012 and “Order of Chaos”, hits the waves, stores, the net, your local record shop.

Hi Gianni… I think it was a great idea to re-record and re-arrange your debut album. Finally, the people will have the chance to get it more easily and enjoy the updated & dynamic sound.
 
G: Hello Thanos. Yes, in fact we also believe that the idea was right. The first edition has a bad recording quality. Now finally the listener can appreciate every detail! In any case it was nice to taste the flavors of music that we did not play for 25 years... many memories of those years... every note is a picture of the past... believe me...

Overkill - Scandinavian Tour 2013

US thrash veterans OVERKILL have announced their first Scandinavia run in a long time, also including several dates in Finland where the band hasn't really toured in almost 30 years.
 
Commented the band: "Well the wait is over... we are finally coming to Finland to do our first tour in almost 30 years of touring thru Europe and we could not be more psyched! We have done the Tuska Festival twice before and the crowds there were always tremendous. We are really looking forward to the entire Scandinavian tour and will be pulling out a bunch of old tunes as well as the new! See ya on tour"!

Seventh Veil signs with Street Symphonies

Hard rockers Seventh Veil inked a deal with Street Symphonies to publish their debut album “White Trash Attitude”. The band will enter the Atomic Stuff Studios (Isorella, Brescia, Italy) in December to start the recording sessions for the album.
 
Right before summer 2012, Seventh Veil released a 3-tracks EP called "Nasty Skin", getting some excellent reviews by press and critics and good feedback by the audience.
