Mighty NYC trio Behold The Arctopus have partnered with Willowtip Records for the June 12th, 2020, release of “Hapeleptic Overtrove”, the band’s 7th recording, on vinyl LP and digital formats. The CD version will be released via P2.

The first single, “Blessing in Disgust”, is streaming now below.

The video for “Foreboding” explores the song title in a fitting manner. The figures represented by the band appear misrepresented against the beautiful landscapes that provide the setting for this piece. Unable to shake the feeling that something is wrong, it becomes abundantly clear that this release deals with a struggle of powerlessness.

The deliberate nature of the tonal dissonance within “Absolution” provides an ample canvas for the video, which portrays an internal struggle and personifies the same battles which are explored in the track.
