Ed Wynne to release debut solo album “Shimmer into Nature” on October 12th 2018

Shimmer into Nature” is the title of the debut solo album from the Ozric Tentacles founder Ed Wynne.

A visionary, a prodigal symphonist, one of the UK’s leading influential musicians: Ed Wynne is undoubtedly a gifted instrumentalist. He is credited as one of the linchpins of the UK festival scene’s re-emergence along with his band Ozric Tentacles, who formed at Stonehenge Free Festival 1983 and became staples of the Glastonbury Festival, with their most recent performance at Glastonbury in 2016 on the Glade stage.

3.2 to release debut album “The Rules Have Changed” on August 10th 2018

Singer/multi-instrumentalist/producer Robert Berry’s new album, “The Rules Have Changed”, will be released under the name 3.2 on Frontiers Music srl on August 10th, 2018.

The full-length album will feature musical contributions by the late Keith Emerson, whom Berry was a bandmate with in the band 3. This is the last musical project in which Emerson was involved prior to his untimely passing in 2016.

A preview of the album, the track, “Somebody’s Watching” has been released today. It is available on all streaming services as well as an instant download with digital pre-orders. Listen to the new track below.

Ministry releases music video for “Victims of a Clown”

Like a mid-20th century funhouse gone mad, Ministry's official video for the track “Victims of a Clown” is a relentless hallucinogenic ride through images of creepy clowns roaming circuses where there are no exits, men parading in ghoulish gas masks, psychological messaging, physical reality bending and nightmarish suburbia. And then there's DJ Swamp's couture.

Ministry announces Summer 2018 European Tour

Only one week after the release of their new album “AmeriKKKant”, industrial metal veterans Ministry have announce an extensive tour through the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.

Kicking off in Spain, the tour will bring Al Jourgensen and his troop to the Summer festivals and will see them perform several headline shows with various special guests, such as the haunting Chelsea Wolfe, hardcore punk combo Converge and post rock highflyers Grave Pleasures.

Catch the band's politically-charged live set on one of the following dates. The ticket will go on sale on Monday, March 19th, at 11 AM local time.

Air Formation releases video for new single “A.M.”

After 2015’s triumphant return with the “Were We Ever Here” EP, Brighton shoegaze luminaries Air Formation, have released their fourth long-player “Near Miss”, via the UK’s premiere psych label, Club AC30.

They’ve now also shared their brooding new video for their latest single “A.M.”.
 
Speaking about the video for the band say: “After the head trip video Chris at Innerstrings did for us on Vanishing Act, we wanted to try something a little more cinematic. I added the track to some motorcycle footage I had and it felt like really clicked with the Krautrock vibe. It was a lot of fun experimenting”.

Ministry announces Summer 2018 UK/Ireland Tour Dates

American industrial colossus Ministry are very pleased to announce a run of UK and Ireland tour dates for July 2018, which will take the group across seven different cities – from Rock City, Nottingham on 17th July to Northern Ireland and Ireland, culminating at SWX, Bristol on 25th July.

Dark and atmospheric singer-songwriter Chelsea Wolfe will be joining Ministry on the road as special guests. Chelsea Wolfe is already lined-up to play with Ministry throughout the USA and Canada this March and April.

Todd Rundgren to headline Cleopatra Records First Ever SXSW Showcase in March 2018

One of the few remaining truly independent, privately owned record labels in existence today, L.A.-based Cleopatra Records has been championing underground music and outsider artists since its inception in 1992.

Now, the label has teamed up with the biggest music festival dedicated to discovering and promoting new talent, SXSW, to announce the first ever official Cleopatra Records showcase. Headlining this special event is legendary songwriter/producer/guitarist, Todd Rundgren, an artist well known for pushing the boundaries of rock and pop with his distinctive flair for the eccentric and unusual.
