Mono Inc. to release new studio album “The Book of Fire” on January 24th 2020

German alternative-gothic rockers Mono Inc. have announced their eleventh studio album “The Book of Fire”, delivering a saga of blazing flames, rigorous persecution and bloody torture. The new long-play will be released on January 24th, 2020. Ahead of this, they are previewing the first singles “Louder Than Hell” and “The Book of Fire”.

Ainur signs with with Rockshots Records

Italy’s progressive rock/metal band Ainur, has just announced the signing of a record deal with Rockshots Records.

Inspired by J.R.R. Tolkien’s opus since a decade and half, Ainur are coming back with a new, majestic project later this year.

Focus - Focus 11

Focus have been around for a loooong time. And while they enjoyed a solid decade from the late 60s to the late 70s after that period – they only sporadically reunited, until resuming typically in 2002 and since then they’ve been doing on strong ever since.
 
“11” is their first proper album of new material in some time, if we discard the best of, anniversary and guest efforts, the actual and spiritual sequel to 2012’s “X”.
 

Focus to release new studio album “Focus 11” on January 25th 2019

The current line-up of Focus, which features Thijs van Leer, Pierre van der Linden, Menno Gootjes and Udo Pannekeet – completed the new studio album titled “Focus 11” earlier this year and are debuting the CD edition on their November UK Tour.

The 11 track album will be released as a CD, gatefold coloured LP and Download on the band’s own In And Out of Focus Records, via Cherry Red, on January 25th, 2019.

Vision Quest to release debut self titled album on December 14th 2018

Italy’s Vision Quest have signed a worldwide record deal with Rockshots Records for the release of their self-titled debut album!

Vision Quest is a project born many years ago with the purpose of conceiving a “Rock Opera” with melodic rock songs. The band name is inspired by “Vision Quest”, a 1985 American coming-of-age drama film: the soundtrack includes songs from the artists of the “HeyDay” melodic rock era such as Journey, Foreigner, John Waite, Sammy Hagar among the others.
