Varego to release new studio album “I, Prophetic” on February 15th 2019

Born in 2009 in Arenzano, Genova, after their previous and critically acclaimed full-lengths and a 2013 “Blindness of the Sun” EP, Italian heavy sludge rockers Varego return with their forthcoming album titled “I, Prophetic” in February 2019!

On their third album, the band will deliver eight new songs of unrelentless energy and fury, unceasing guitar riffing, yet built on progressive structures with a sort of cinematic touch and take us on their voivodian, atmospheric trip and a sound journey through space, dimensions, minds and avant-garde chaos.

Rising releases music video for new single “Hunger and Exile”

Epic metal quintet Rising will release the band’s fourth album “Sword and Scythe” on October 26th, via Indisciplinarian, and two weeks ago the first single and video “Salted Earth” was unleashed.

Now, Rising release a brand new single and video in the shape of the aggressive yet super melodic song “Hunger and Exile”.

The video is created as a cooperation between director Kennie Ørsted Jensen and the band, not least Rising’s visual conceptualist, singer Morten Grønnegaard.

Epic metal quintet Rising has announced its fourth album, “Sword and Scythe”, now set for release on October 26th, 2018 through Indisciplinarian.

The band and label have released an album trailer in which the intricate cover artwork is revealed, along with the first sounds from the record.
 
Rising takes an ambitious leap with the band's fourth LP “Sword and Scythe”, a concept album on the history of mankind seen from the perspective of cosmic circularity, where the full potential of the band's musical vision unfolds in a collection of songs of both progressive outlook, melodic mastery and fierce aggression.

Wren to release new album “Auburn Rule” on July 14th 2017

Following on from the release of their “Host” EP last year, London-based progressive sludge/noise-rock four-piece Wren, have announced details of their new album “Auburn Rule”, which will be released on July 14th, 2017, via Holy Roar Records.

The band have released the artwork for the new album and have detailed the track listing as below.
