North Of South to release debut album “New Latitudes” on September 28th 2018

Spain's North Of South proposes a not-easy-to-classify metal that could be labeled as Progressive Metal with Jazz, Death, Pop and Latin influences.

Founded by guitarist Chechu Gómez (aka “Chechu Nos”), this project springs up from the challenge to blend and amalgamate some elements and influences, apparently so dissimilar, such as At The Gates' melodic punch, Carlos Santana's hispanic sounds, Opeth's compositional deepness, The Police's rich substrate-Pop, Anathema's emotional power and Kate Bush's chameleonic intention.

Etherius to release new EP “Thread of Life” on August 24th 2018

New Jersey-based progressive metal quartet Etherius was formed by guitarist Jay Tarantino in 2017. After gaining experience as a touring rhythm guitarist for guitar virtuoso Angel Vivaldi, Tarantino decided to branch out on his own with the goal of making music unlike the djent/electronic stylings of the current instrumental guitar scene.

The result is Etherius - a fresh new take on progressive metal/neoclassical shred incorporating the stylings of classic thrash bands such as Megadeth, Testament, and Iced Earth.

Etherius are set to release their stunning debut EP, entitled “Thread of Life”, on August 24th, 2018.

Arduini/Balich to release debut album “Dawn of Ages” on February 24th 2017

“Doom Laden Progressive Wall Of Metal”! Sounds like the perfect definition of Arduini/Balich’s debut album “Dawn of Ages”, which will be released on Cruz Del Sur Music on February 24th, 2017.

Arduini/Balich is the result of two very powerful figures in their own right of the metal scene. Victor Arduini needs no introduction being one of the founding members of Fates Warning, same can be said for Brian “Butch” Balich, the mighty voice of Argus.

Eldritch - Tasting the Tears

New album for the Italian prog/power metalers, Eldritch. Three years after “Gaia’s Legacy”, they’re back with an album that’s more of a team effort, as they claim. “Tasting the Tears” is somewhat more straightforward than their previous ones. The melodic metal and heavy/power metal elements, along with very few heavy/thrash & hard rock ones, are more intense and they take over the whole album.
