Joe Satriani announces Spring/Summer 2020 European & UK Tour

World-renowned guitar virtuoso, Joe Satriani, announces a string of Spring/Summer 2020 European & UK tour dates to support the release of his 17th solo album. Travelling under the moniker of “The Shapeshifting Tour”. The six-date UK run will start at the De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill-on-Sea (May 22) finishing up at Birmingham Symphony Hall (May 28).

Steve Vai releases first music theory book “Vaideology” and “Piano Reductions: Vol. 2”

Steve Vai has released two new titles. First, his first music theory book via publisher Hal Leonard. Titled “Vaideology: Basic Music Theory for Guitar Players”, the gargantuan effort was designed to help both beginners and veteran guitar players. Vai takes a deep dive into the basics of music theory to help players better understand the language of music and become more musically literate.

Steve Dadaian to release debut album “Follow the Light” on February 1st 2019

Armenian-American fusion guitarist Steve Dadaian discovered his love for the guitar at a young age. Even while studying at the prestigious Columbia University in the city of New York, Dadaian continued to hone his craft as an artist.

The then 21-year-old classically-trained guitarist spent the little spare time he had reaching top spots at national guitar competitions hosted by Slash, John Petrucci (Dream Theater) and Jon Donais (Anthrax, Shadows Fall), performing at events with the likes of Yngwie Malmsteen, Steve Vai, and Nicko McBrain, and dazzling crowds at venues like the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
 

Angel Vivaldi and Nita Strauss announce November & December 2018 US co-headlining Tour

Two of the most revolutionary guitar virtuosos of our generation - renowned soloist Angel Vivaldi and Alice Cooper axemaiden Nita Strauss - are pleased to announce the 2018 edition of The Guitar Collective, a United States tour kicking off on November 19 in New Bedford, MA.

The tour will visit several major cities, ending in Asbury Park, NJ on December 21. Angel Vivaldi and Nita Strauss will co-headline each date of the tour with support from special guest Jacky Vincent (ex-Falling In Reverse). The Guitar Collective 2018 will mark Nita Strauss' live solo debut.
