Heavy horror punk icon Wednesday 13 slithered from the cobwebbed depths of Charlotte, North Carolina in the early 90s – quickly making his way to the top of the horrendous heights of rock, punk and metal crossover with his electrifying, acclaimed solo music, relentless international touring and also as frontman of renowned horror punk supergroup Murderdolls.

With the uncertainties of possible lockdowns and rising infection numbers, planning a pan-European tour is getting near-on impossible and a massive risk for bands around the globe. For this reason, the Swedish glam metal sensation Deathstars see themselves forced to once more postpone their upcoming shows.

Yet, the time will come for fans to finally witness the band live on stage with songs from their new, still untitled album that has been quietly in the making for the past few years.

If the start of the breakthrough for Bambara was the radically reimagined sound of 2018’s “Shadow on Everything” (dubbed by NPR a “western gothic opus”), then the moment it truly arrived was on the cinematically riotous noir-punk of 2020’s “Stray”. In the UK, buoyed by the enthusiasm of DJ Steve Lamacq (who called the band, “one of his favourite discoveries of the year”), the band rose sharply, with significant press support and an A-listing at Lamacq’s 6Music, immediately selling out shows across the country.

After dropping their most successful record to date, entitled “Judas”, (#2 German album charts) this summer, genrefluid visionaries Lord Of The Lost are back with another treat to underline its inimitable live presence:  the almost two-hour streaming concert known as Sinister Summer Stream will be released under the name “The Sacrament of Judas” on BluRay, DVD and CD on December 10th, 2021, via Napalm Records.
 

Canadian modern metal powerhouse Living Dead Girl, whose debut album “Exorcism” was released last month, has announced “Live Exorcism”, a limited capacity live concert and virtual stream on Saturday, July 24th, 2021.

New York City’s critically revered avant-garde, industrial-punk three-piece, Pop. 1280, are set to release their 5th full-length album, “Museum on the Horizon”, on September 24th, 2021, via Profound Lore Records.

Today, the band has revealed the record’s first single, “Noncompliant”. Stream the new track below!
