Dee Calhoun to release new solo album “Go to the Devil” on March 30th 2018

Go to the Devil”, the second solo album from Iron man vocalist Dee Calhoun is going to be released by Argonauta Records on March 30th, 2018.

The song “Jesus, the Devil, the Deed” is the first single from the album and accompanied by the official video-clip and it is available below.

“A very cold, very rainy autumn night. An unnamed man walks the barren streets, at the end of the line and at the end of his rope. His life has gone awry, and he seeks the one man who can perhaps remedy it. That man's name is Jesus Christ”.

Tommy Emmanuel to release new studio album “Accomplice One” on January 19th 2018

Anathema frontman did go solo and acoustic a while ago… and while for a variety of reasons Anathema from their early 90s death metal humble beginnings right around the end of the millennium sounded genuine, artistic and driven, they became a watered down boring shadow of their former-selves, slaves to form rather than function and “successful” by appealing to a larger more mainstream audience that until that point snubbed them, by softening and homogenizing their sound even further leading it into an even valley of nauseating radio-friendly brit rock that for some reason some labeled as “prog”, because of the “atmosphere”.

Dan Reed to release new solo album “Confessions” on September 15th 2017

Dee Calhoun announces new solo album “Go to the Devil” - due out in 2018

“Screaming Mad” Dee Calhoun, the voice of doom legends Iron Man, is nearing completion of his sophomore solo release, entitled “Go to the Devil”.

The album, which will be released via Argonauta Records later this year, is the follow-up to Dee's 2016 solo release “Rotgut”.

Dee will be joined on this album by Iron Man bandmate Louis Strachan on bass. Dee will handle vocal, acoustic guitar, and percussion duties.
